Lion's Mane Mushrooms are white, globe-shaped fungi that have long, shaggy spines. They have a meaty texture.
They have the flavor and texture of crab or lobster meat when cooked.
Best when cooked. Because they absorb liquid, we prefer to use them in drier cooked applications such as stir-fries, pasta dishes, burgers, or salads, as opposed to soup or stews.
