Celeriac is like a root vegetable except it has a bulbous stem with many small roots attached.
They are nutty, earthy, and slightly sweet in flavor with notes of celery and parsley.
Raw ceriac can be spiralized or grated and toss into salads. Cut into fries, mash, roast, or boil and puree for soups. Always peel before using.
