Mixed Heirloom Roasting Vegetables
Cookstown Greens grows a variety of roasting vegetables that are available October to May and sold in bulk (two pounds).
Includes any or all of the following organic vegetables: potatoes, turnips, radish, beets, onions, parsnips, parsley root, carrots, Jerusalem artichokes, herbs
These organic vegetables are grown on our Farm and are full of flavour.
An easy dinner solution: chop veggies, coat with olive oil, add your favourite herbs and roast at 400 F for 45 minutes to an hour. Also great for use in stews!
