Chef Andrew Smith

Meet chef Andrew Smith, the newest member of the Cookstown Greens team!

Originally from Victoria BC, Andrew has 23 years of experience in many kitchens across the globe and has put down roots (no pun intended) in Barrie, ON. He has used our vegetables in kitchens for many years and when he made the decision to step out of the kitchen (as a full-time chef) we scooped him up.  He brings with him his love of cooking and his passion for all things food related! 

We've started to compile some of Chef Andrews recipes and our own personal favourites using our vegetables.
