  • Deep yellow skin, creamy flesh

  • Sweet and mild in flavour
  • Fine-grained texture

Baby White

  • Pure white skin and flesh
  • Small round root (1"-2")
  • Delicate, sweet mild flavoured, very slightly peppery
  • Salad turnip, best eaten raw
  • We have nicknamed them "Ground Apples" because many young children have mistake them for apples
