Baby Salad Blend

  • Our famous blend of a variety of handpicked organic lettuces, mustards, chards, spinach, arugula, seedlings and edible flower petals
  • Offering a variety of flavours, from sweet to a delicate piquant
  • Great when served as a side salad

Seedling Salad

  • Grown in sun and soil for added flavour and nutrition. May contain the following organic seedlings: burgundy radish, sunflower, chard, pea shoots, cabbage and organic edible flower petals
  • Use as a garnish or blend with other organic lettuces to add flavour, colour and texture

Mixed Heirloom Roasting Vegetables

  • Includes any or all of the following organic vegetables: potatoes, turnips, radish, beets, onions, parsnips, parsley root, carrots, jerusalem artichokes, herbs
  • All ingredients grown on our land
  • An easy dinner solution: Just chop into desired sized pieces, toss in a light olive oil, add 2 pinches of  your favourite dried herbs and roast at 400 F for 45 minutes to an hour.

Dried Tomatoes

  • Our Juliette tomatoes are harvested in late summer, sliced in half and dried in our wooden food dehydrator. 
  • No salt or oil has been added
  • Can use them raw in salads, or re hydrate them and add to your favourite hot dishes.
