  • Black skinned, round root
  • Crispy, bright white, flesh
  • Slightly bitter, offering a hot radishy bite
  • Skin is quite piquant than, so peel the radish for a milder flavour

  • Cylindrical root up to 6"
  • Green skin, graduating into a white tip

  • Round Root
  • Spicy white and green skin with white and pink, crisp flesh
  • Skin is quite piquant, while the flesh is sweet
