Edible Flowers
All our flowers are chosen with use in the professional kitchen in mind. Many of the blossoms can be used whole, but sometimes petals alone can be simply sprinkled over dishes for dramatic presentations. Most of our flowers are available year round.

Violas have happy whiskered faces of purples, blues, yellows, burgundies, and whites with a refreshing pepsin flavour.

Phlox look like dainty twinkling stars in shades of pinks and reds and purples, with a hint of honey nectar.

Gem Marigolds come in orange (tasting of orange peel) and yellow (tasting of lemon peel).

Geraniums comes in many colors and sizes, but our favorite is small and speckled red with a hint of hazelnut.

Pinks may of course be pink, but they come in many patterns of red-to-purple with a warm cinnamon/clove flavour.

Nasturtium in brilliant yellows-to-reds, with a black peppercorn bite,  is so delightful even on desserts!

Stock has an absolutely heavenly aroma with a mild aromatic radishy flavour. You may pull of the petals.

Bachelor Buttons (or Corn Flowers) are miniature artichokes with colourful petals just waiting to be sprinkled over many presentations.

Begonias are large intensely tart blossoms for flavoring sauces; or for imparting color into your ingredients.

Mustard Blossoms are blonde beauties with a perfumed fragrance and a mild mustard flavour.

Flower Petals are a confetti of marigold, bachelor button, and pink petals which for your convenience have been already pulled off.
