| MEET OUR STAFF

Nicki, with her charming
English accent, takes your orders, lets you know if we are short of anything,
suggests new items to try, and makes sure everything is in perfect shape before
it leaves our farm for your kitchen. She
arrives very early Tuesday and Friday mornings to make sure your orders
leave on-time and error-free.

Deb carefully manages the salad
greens, seedlings, edible flower, and garnishing leaf harvesting and
packing. She makes sure we have enough perfect leaves and flowers
to meet your needs. Deb uses her extensive dining
experience to offer suggestions for ways Cookstown Greens can help our chefs
with appealing presentations.

Kaila helps Deb harvest and
pack the salads and leafy greens. She is eagerly learning what it takes to
create a satifying and long-lasting salad blend.

Kelly is responsible for having all the
seedlings ready to harvest on the exact day they are required. She
also seeds and nurtures all the edible flowers and bedding plants.

Claus is our Field Manager who is kept very
busy getting next year's fields ready for cropping by managing the
cover-crops. And of course he also maintains this year's fields by getting
them ready for seeding, makes sure they are cultivated in a timely
manner, and supervises the harvesting. He manages our Mexican
helpers who assist him with all these chores.

Alejandro, Rigoberto, Nacho, Reuben, and
Andres eagerly work very long hours cultivating and
harvesting our crops. We really appreciate all the caring help they
provide. Gracias! Their favourite activity is calling home every
evening for the six - seven months they are in Canada.

Tawnya manages the edible flowers and
garnishing leaves. She also inspects every vegetable that is packed in bags to
make sure it is ready for efficient service.

Kailene harvests the seedlings
at just the right time every week; then carefully packs them for extended
shelf-life. She also helps with packing the vegetables and making
sure there are always just enough to fill tomorrow's orders.

Tom delivers our produce in the Toronto
area. He makes every effort to arrive at the expected time each
week. Tom is retired, but provides us with invaluable help three days a
week.

David Cohlmeyer is the Founding President of
Cookstown Greens. He could never do all that is involved with serving
loyal customers without great skill and dedication from all our workers.
He concentrates on 1) researching improved growing methods, 2)
the actual seeding of crops, and 3) promoting the benefits of quality
local produce.
